ElevenLabs lets users publish AI music directly on SoundCloud

TechCrunch reported Thursday that ElevenLabs will let users post ElevenMusic tracks on SoundCloud, citing more than 25 million tracks generated on its models.

Audio AI company ElevenLabs said Thursday that users can publish AI-generated music made with its ElevenMusic platform directly on SoundCloud, TechCrunch reported1.

ElevenLabs is also offering SoundCloud Artist Pro subscribers three months of ElevenMusic Pro, which TechCrunch said allows generating up to 1,000 songs, splitting stem files 500 times, and using five custom styles or vocals per month1.

The company said users have created more than 25 million tracks with its music models1. TechCrunch noted that about a month after an earlier music release, ElevenLabs shipped a model that could switch genres mid-track and handle more complex vocals1.

SoundCloud CEO Eliah Seton said in a statement quoted by TechCrunch that the service is "the first platform to bring ElevenMusic creations directly to fans" outside ElevenLabs' own product1.

ElevenLabs already partners with Spotify so authors can generate audiobook narrations and publish them there, TechCrunch said1. Spotify has label deals for AI remixes and covers but has not announced a music-model partner such as ElevenLabs, according to the report1.
