IPAWS listed the message as extreme, with urgency of immediate and certainty of observed, covering a Hillsborough County area identified as Hills Co._TB SAME Code¹. The alert listed an expiration of 2:00 p.m. EST Wednesday¹.

The county told people in or near the area to shelter in place immediately, stay indoors, lock doors and stay away from windows¹. It also said to avoid the area, not approach law enforcement activity, and remain sheltered until officials provide further instructions¹.
